Positive, The location was perfect for everything! I loved the renovated bathroom. The shower was very nice. The staff was super helpful and even gave us a map of the area. The room had comfortable beds, and the air conditioning worked great. Plus, there were tasty pastries next door 😊

The location is fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to city attractions. Unfortunately, the air conditioning struggled during the hot days.

Liked the king room I had with the WiFi and the air conditioner, as example. The location was ideal, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Centro Storico. The staff was well-mannered and absolutely courteous.

The bathroom is renovated and nice. The location offers easy access to the city and its attractions.
Essentials like milk weren't provided even after asking, and the limited toilet paper was disappointing. The occasional charge for tax caused confusion, disrupting the check-in process.

I got a brilliant price, and the staff was very, very friendly. So to the "special price" it's a excellent hotel.

Location is good, everything is in walking distance.
You had to go through a closet door to get into the bathroom, that's how small the rooms are. The room was clean, the bathroom was not - at least not for me. Breakfast was ok: Bread and croissants were fresh - but you had to be there early to get cheese and ham. They were quite understaffed during breakfast: Only one person serving coffee.

Arrived after hours, and the clear self-check-in instructions were much appreciated. The room was compact, typical for the area, yet clean and cozy. The location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions, while the friendly staff was always available for assistance. The air conditioning was less than optimal during the heat of the day, which detracted a bit from the comfort.

The room offered decent comfort with a spacious layout, which I appreciated. The bathroom was another highlight. It felt modern and clean, significantly enhancing my stay. Located not too far from the city center, places like the Duomo were a manageable walk away. There were a few issues that left me wanting more. Upon arrival, the air conditioning struggled to cool the room effectively, which became uncomfortable during the hot afternoons. While trying to solve some queries at the reception, I noticed that staff didn't always have clear answers, a bit frustrating. The ambiance was nice, but improvements in the air conditioning and staff responsiveness would elevate the experience.

It is close enough from the historical monuments. You can come back from the museums at mid day and to go again in the afternoon after a shower and a one hour sleep. It is close from train and bus station (we were to Siena and Pisa). You don't need for a bus or a taxi. The price was convenient compairing with the services (the bathroom with everyhing). The breakfast was simply, maybe too simple. There was only a sort of salami and one of cheese. But as a hole it was good. Anyway for us the hotel was only a support for our dream, to visit Firenze. And for this reason the hotel was good enough.
It was too much noise. You hear all from other rooms. On TV there aren' t programs in english. But if you travel a lot during the day in the second night you will never hear the noise.

The location is fantastic, situated on a lively street with a plethora of eateries and local shops nearby. It's only a 10-15 minute walk to major attractions. The staff is very friendly and always ready to assist with local insights.
Unfortunately, the breakfast was quite limited, a disappointing start to the day.
